The surrounding area of Are Serra is very tranquil, (Artā) is located between a natural park in the north and the an 18 hole golf course. The beach is only 100 meters away and is famous for being one of the few virgin beaches in Majorca. The house has views to the sea from the upper floors - where some of the bedrooms and bathrooms have incredible views. The area is all detached houses making it a quiet and exclusive area. It is only 5 km to Ca'n Picafort and about 12 km to Artā. This is, without doubt some, an superb property, with excellent finishes, and when relating quality to price is an intelligent investment.
